At SkinzOra, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect and pack all cosmetics and skincare products before shipping to ensure you receive them in perfect condition.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic items, we do not accept returns or refunds once the product has been opened, used, or tested. This policy helps us maintain strict quality and hygiene standards for all our customers across Pakistan.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method or store credit, and may take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
